Oops! Do you think they might need to know there’s an artesian water supply they could use?
I think insurance payout might offset liquidated damages, although demolishing and rebuilding 1 or 2 post tensioned slabs may now be in order. Whilst I don’t KNOW I would imagine it was the gas bottles and/or the roofing tar and felt as they would be ready for waterproofing now.
The fire was buring for around 1.5 hours it seems although not confined and so not up to full temp but actually it would be an interesting place to be for the next couple of months.
