Interesting. Nice way of teaching tension and compression although I suspect the material has too much tensile strength to make this very apparent. Unfortunately don’t think this can replace batching concrete on Phase 1, although now the labs have been rearranged at Wainscott, who knows. It is noticeable that the binder will have significantly more strength than the aggregate so I think there might be a challenge if you over think the material proportions.
