UKMCC Bahrain update
Hi all,
I’ve bunged a few more photos from Bahrain onto my blog. Namely posts about staircases and floors and one about E and M experiences.
I’ve got 2 more posts to put on: Civil Works and Finishing Details and then that’s me! Project finished.
As this is voluntary for me I have not put too much writing on there, just photos. Please let me know if you need any information. I’ve learnt heaps, particularly about E and M as you can see.

Hi Ros, Not sure if you still get email notifications about comments so am hoping this reaches you. I am writing a TMR about procurement options with a slant on the factors that influence the choice of options for military projects. What were the contract arrangements (traditional, design and build) for this project? What were the reasons for choice of strategy – for example Traditional because of sufficient time to produce full designs to allow competitive tenders against complete information. Very grateful for your thoughts. Thanks Damian
